North American hops are added to this succulent East Coast style IPA during fermentation and the yeast draws out an unexpectedly bold, fruity flavour. We call this the “juiced effect” – bright, citrusy flavours fill this full-bodied modern IPA.

This artisanal lager combines elements of the German Schwarzbier and the emerging style of Italian Pilsner. A touch of wheat malt is added for an extra creamy and tan head that sits on top of a clean and smooth black pilsner with a sharp jab of local hop and an espresso like roasted bitterness. This is an excellent anytime beer to elevate your pilsner craving and is also a fantastic aperitif.

We have created a beer to toy with your senses. The beer pours hazy and vividly purple. The aroma is juicy, tart and electric. The flavour is smooth with bright guava fruit and hops, light bready malt and a smooth mouthfeel. What you feel taste and see don’t match up, but you finish smiling.
