The beer universe is a vast one, questions come up! If we haven’t answered your burning questions yet, hopefully this list of answers to often asked questions will help.
Q: Are children and dogs allowed in the taproom or on the tour?
A: Kids are welcome in the taproom, but not permitted on our tours due to licensing. We love dogs but due to food license restrictions, dogs are not allowed inside the taproom or retail store.
Q: Can I find your beer in another province, the USA, or any other country?
A: We are currently available exclusively in Canada and proudly serve our beers from coast to coast!
Q: Can I have product shipped to me?
A: Unfortunately we are not set up for direct to home shipping at this point. Until drone technology improves, you’ll need to step out to your local retailer, restaurant or pub.
Q: Can I rent equipment without a keg?
A: Equipment is only available with keg rentals. We buy ours from PN Technologies 604-431-6609
Q: Can we book a private tour?
A: Tours are on a first come first serve basis at scheduled tour times (link to tour info page). Groups of 6-10 people may be reserved in advance by calling the Retail Store at (604) 687-2739. As we are a very small working brewery, the Brewmaster needs to know when to pull in his hose.
Q: How do I apply for sponsorship of my event / tournament?
A: Send all of your event details to email@example.com and we will contact you within a week.
Q: What do I do if I find an empty Granville Island keg?
A: Any found kegs can be returned to our retail store on Granville Island. Please bring a piece of photo ID to return found kegs.
